The remote rental application is very awkward to use. Confirmation contacts were requested, but none were contacted. Seems like it could use some revision.

Chris HNot a smooth pick up. Business not operating, key was in drop-off box (not numbered pickup box). Had to call customer service. Eventually got the code to unlock orange box with my key inside. It was an ordeal but after that it was smooth sailing.
