Worst Uhaul experience to date! Got there to pick it up & wrong key was left for the wrong vehicle :( wasn't until after getting super upset & requesting a supervisor over the phone that Uhaul customer service seemed to be able to locate my key and help me aquire it! That took an extra 35 minutes and they only reimbursed me for 20 minutes on my contract, smfh!! Id say bad service overall & I've rented from Uhaul several times over the years :( highly recommend in person to app with this one!

Had requested a dolly and was charged for it. No dolly inside truck. The truck had water and wrappers in the back. Had to be dried and cleaned before we could move. The windshield was filthy on the inside with multiple suction cup circles on it.
