My pick up time was 11am but the dealer had my pick up time at 12 pm and he was not there when i got there and my pick up was 20 min later than scheduled and i had to wait 30 min

I live in a rural area very small areas for U-Haul. My biggest issue is having the equipment I wanted to be available 4 locations near me, I had the pickup location changed 3 times. Not their fault just didn’t have the 6x12 units in the area
DENNIS SDirty on the outside for sure and there was trash reminace in the trailer its self. Not alot but still the principal.
TINA WThe UHaul 26’ truck “jerked” at nearly 99% of the travel time and by jerking it obviously was a mechanical nightmare. Why? Alignment may have been the worst vehicle I have ever driven. Or maybe the carb wasn’t properly tuned. It caused fatigue to drive this truck.
