What an amazing location for a U-Haul. I felt like I was back at school again. The only thing that was more impressive was the gentleman who helped us and got us on the road and an amazingly short time. Kudos to old school you need to be the model for all Uhaul locations.
RONALD SSomeone had tried to siphon gas from our truck, but Larry took charge and got it plugged and patched so we did not have to empty our 26 footer. He was amazing and even called ahead to let the drop off spot know that there was a problem with the gas tank and kept us informed and checked on us all the way over to our destination, making sure we were safe and arrived on time! He definitely and their location was perfect for us!
SHAD HEverything went smoothly and when we were picking up equipment, it was ready to go, and the guys were amazing and friendly. You’ve got some good representatives for your company.
RONALD SLarry was amazing! Made us feel comfortable and ready for our 8 Hour Dr. to Idaho. He made us feel like we were the most important people in the whole world and wanted us to have a safe and comfortable drive. Even adjusted my seat twice to so that I felt comfortable and ready to go! Lol.

WESLEY CMy only complaint was about the uhaul compan. I had to reserve the trailer online and it wouldn't let me pick how many days I needed it for. I planned to rent it on the Friday and return it on that Sunday. It made me pay for 5 days. When I called to get reimbursed for the 2 days I was told they will rarely reimburse.
Denise SGas was told to be over 1/4 more than it was! Rented for $29. But it was over $99 which is ridiculous!!

DAVID HLarry at Rose Lodge, OR. was the BEST to work with. I had a tire blow out during my trip. He picked up after hours and quickly came to my aid. I will recommend this location over the other three that are around me.

DANIEL BI was overcharged. Tried to bring this to the attention of the store. I called and left a message as soon as I noticed it on my receipt, which is the same day I dropped it off. It's been several days.I haven't heard anything back. No one answers the phone. It was hard to get service when I first even got there to rent it in the first place.

RAY SSpent 45 minutes there, and no employee or person on site to help, even though it was during open hours, and the office was unlocked with lights and radio on. Lot was very muddy. Needs to be paved on main driving areas. Had originally ordered with a drop off in town, near my home, but was later told to drop off here, which was not as convenient.
