the 4 x 8 trailer jumped up and down in a horrible oscillation below 30 mph. I had come dow from westboro to get it. At high speed it didn't jump up and down but vibrated a bit. NOT good for my 1000 mile drive south. I went to the nearest Uhaul place to me in Northboro, but they couldn't help. The roadside guy came and said bad wheel bearings. They found a replacement in N. Smith field RI. The trailer worked well. I just drove another 100 miles moving day.

michelle mMy issue was with reservation process and check in. I checked in right after reserving and provided all the info but it didn't register and I had to do it all over at the time of pick up. Further, the app wasn't working so I had to waste more time with the call center.
Alexander SPersonnel were a pleasure to work with and everything went well.
