The truck was filthy inside the cab and the box wasn’t swept out. Drop off box was not easy to find. The location is the only good thing about this place.

Extremely disappointed with U-Haul. They charged me $35 for fuel, claiming I didn't refill the tank, which is completely false. I only drove 15 miles in total and put 6 liters of gas back into the truck before returning it. Yet, they charged me for 15 liters! This is completely unfair and inaccurate. Watch out for these hidden, bogus charges
Kasra kTrying to do the online condition check out before I drive away was terrible. I took all the pictures did all I was supposed to do and I couldn’t send it through… Submission just kept spinning and spinning, and spinning I never did go through… They need to do something about their system
