Equipment I ordered was not in the truck. Waited almost 20 minutes for the rental truck after giving all information to person at the customer service counter. I did not receive the email to check to see if everything was in the truck until I already left the location. The battery died when I turned the truck off when I arrived at my home. Had to have my son come over and jumpstart the truck. The gas meter on the truck was not working. Did not realize this until we arrived at our final destination, looked to see how much gas had been used, still showed a full tank.

The lady that checked me in was horrible . Rude and no customer service , but the man that checked me out was wonderful , funny and made the experience so much better when we returned the uhaul . He is amazing and deserves much kudos . He is why I would come back .

I rented a truck for the evening to move a couch and when I received the truck, it had a under a 1/4 tank. It was frustrating that I had to worry about stopping to get gas before I headed out just to make it to my destination.

The 26' truck we rented had a very short steep ramp which was dangerous for us moving heavy furniture. The ramp wouldn't slide all of the way in to lock unless one of us crawled under the truck and lifted the bracket up to get the ramp to slide in all of the way. We were very unhappy having to crawl under the truck.

The outside of the trailer was filthy - though it had been snowing and the previous user had probably driven on salted and grimy streets. Inside was clean though, so not too bad.

Steve was doing well, but they were horribly understaffed, and it's frustrating that the app does not work and you get so close to checking out that way ( DL pics) and still have to wait behind 10 people with one register open for a few min of ID verification. Seriously need to work out truck share kinks... And hire people who show up even if you have to raise cost a little.

Everything went smoothly as we have used UHaul at this location numerous times. The only issue is it began raining heavily after we started loading and the truck was not waterproof. Many of our boxes were wet and water was pooling in Mom's attack of the storage area. Fortunately the boxes did a good job of not soaking up the water and nothing was damaged.

At month end, they need more than 2 behind the counter, I waited in line longer than I used the trailer.

I reserved my truck online believing I could pick it up with just my phone. It was not clear, however, how I could get the keys to the truck once I arrived. So, I waited in a line that was eight people long. The UHaul staff was under-manned and very slow. I waited for about 15 minute and the line didn't move. The app told me the truck was nearby and next to the main office but it was not. Another customer told me I could get the keys from the lot attendant. Once I talked to the lot attendant, he had to go inside to get the key and drive me to the remote lot one block away. I did not want to be in close quarters with others during a pandemic. This is why I reserved online. So, this defeated the purpose of having an app or online reservation. Once I arrived at the truck, several other trucks had to be moved in order to get mine. And, the gas tank was on empty which, I realize, is a ploy to get customers to fill up the tank and return it with more gas than they left with. Overall, the experience renting at Uhaul sucked and I'd avoid it again. This place needs better management and customer service.

I called in and reserved a truck using my credit card. Upon arrival I had to go in and do the contract. As usual there was one person at the desk and seven people in line in front of me. Once I reached the front of the line I had to give the person all my info again. Can you please work to upgrade your reservation system to let us skip the line in the building?

The lines was long when I arrived, only two cashiers! And I understand!!! But being disable not good, when you have to wait 15 to 30 mins to only get equipment that's a long time!!! Equipment only should have a line by itself!!!

Clean the inside of the uhaul cabs. The cup holders were all dirty and sticky. The floor was dirty and had mud in it. There was mud on the seats and food. It smelled of cigarette smoke inside the truck. The associates at this location are all super nice.

I pulled in to the location after dark and they were very busy. When I got inside, one of the employees behind the counter asked if I was dropping off the trailer visible in their monitor. When I replied yes it was me, he said I was already unhooked and ready to go. I would definitely recommend them.
