Good customer service assisted in resolved additional driver on pickup date for lease. Great service in Manhattan upon return . Customer service was excellent due to return just missing closing time. Cassie MThe person working the desk didn’t know anything about U-Haul or how to rent. I was charged a fuel surcharge of $30 plus another. $7 which is ridiculous as I drove only 28 miles. I do NOT agree with the fuel reading and or the extra charge. What a joke!
