U-Haul door broke while loading and unable to use. Roadside assistance came three hours later. They were beyond helpful but truck needed to go to the shop. Couldn’t use the truck and was not only charge my quote of 68.00 but the next morning was charged an additional 59.00 for a total of 127 for a truck I couldn’t use, I called this location 11 times throughout this process (from breaking down to extra charge) and no one has called me back. I had to file a dispute for my charges which 1-800 number,

i am not sure why was the U haul location was closed at 5:45 PM when i came to return my rental while hours of operation posted says 6 pm closing time.
Waseem MWe rented a truck to pick up at 8 am, and the office didn’t open until 9. When the guy arrived he acted like we were doing something wrong by needing his help. The tank was then 1/3 full, I put gas in the truck and it was past the original level, and we were still charged for gas.
Sandra Huhaul fix your servers chellenge, the guy working was great but his hands were tied and i barely made it through. uhaul's website was broken and wouldn't let me log in, the uhaul app kept claiming i refused location permissions when i explicitly went to my settings to confirm it was allowed, and because of that i couldn't even complete all the check-in steps. i was lucky that i already had the key in hand and could just drive off without taking the pics in the app
