I got sent two separate receipts. One 5 days later, where I am now getting charged an additional $20. The new receipt doesn't even have accurate information on it, including the day I returned the truck and the amount of gas that was put in. I'm fucking pissed.

The truck was in poor condition they gave me the truck with a quarter of a tank I went 9 miles and then they said I had taken the truck with Over a 1/2 a tank I was the stupid one not to write down How much gas I had but I did tell my mom I told her we have a quarter of a tank I just didn't write it down never again this location sucks

Guys working the counter were not very friendly and somewhat offputting. I called to see if I could pick up my rental early and was told yes and when I arrived was told no because someone else had it rented before me. I ended up renting a larger truck because my helpers were ready go. The guy remembered talking to me but never even apologized for the bad information or offered to waive the $10 up charge. I thought that was poor customer service. It wasnt a huge deal but it certainly could have been better.

I thought I was paying $20 for the day and had to turn in the van at 3pm and got charged $100+ even though I filled the tank all the way up with gas. the truck was also not picked up by anyone at 3:30pm like they said.

The location is AMAZING and so helpful but the person that called me on Saturday telling me I had stolen the truck was rude and very unpleasant. Obviously I had not stolen the truck as I had to get a code from previous agent to retrieve the key!! She was short and accusatory and rude. I am glad I answered my phone to correct what ever was done wrong but to treat me that way was just not called for.



In order to improve this poor quality service please train employees to be kind and show customers the rental they are paying for instead of giving them the keys and telling them rudely to just find it.

After I completed the return on the app and they had even called to confirm the return they told me they could not accept more vehicles due to capacity. They kept it anyway and contacted U-Haul to retrieve the unit so I will give them the benefit of the doubt.

I rented a truck for 2.5 hours only to move my mattress to my new apartment 15 minutes away. After returning the truck I get a call that the dolly is missing from the back of the truck and a strap is broken. When we got the truck there was not a dolly inside and it wouldn’t have even been helpful considering we moved the mattress from the second story down a flight of stairs. We didn’t use straps or even know straps were in the truck. After telling this to the guy calling me, he just keeps repeating that the dolly is missing. I once again tell him there was not a dolly in the back of the truck. So he says he is going to file a claim with uhaul and hangs up. This is really frustrating being accused of taking something that wasn’t there in the first place and breaking something that was never used. I had 2 strong guy friends pick up the mattress, put it in the truck, and unload it. No equipment was used. I am not paying for something that I am not responsible for. Maybe the truck should have been inspected before being given to me or even if they had tried to show me that it came with a dolly, they would have seen it was missing one. It was a simple “sign here. Here’s the keys.” It needs to be a more efficient process if things can just go missing and customers can be accused of stealing or breaking items that weren’t there in the first place or never used.

Staff were friendly and the process was smooth. The only issue I had was I tried to use the uhaul app to pickup the truck, but the truck reserved for me was in the back of the building which I wasn't allowed to access. Not a big deal, but defeats the purpose of using the app to pickup the truck. Would be nice if the truck was already up front for a scheduled reservation.

I need help, This is my second time using your truck in the last month, however, I was charged a $30 Fuel up Service fee? Gas was put in the truck before it was returned. I did speak to Scott at the Oviedo Office 407-365-8274 he ask that the $30 be waived. I will be renting from you again. I am recently divorced and this is the second time I have had to move.
