The establishment and equipment were ok. The people we interacted with were not friendly at all though. It felt like we were bothering them. It was just uncomfortable interacting with them and makes me not want to "bother" them again.

After I completed the return on the app and they had even called to confirm the return they told me they could not accept more vehicles due to capacity. They kept it anyway and contacted U-Haul to retrieve the unit so I will give them the benefit of the doubt.

The truck was not in working condition.. the ramp did not work... the tires were so pff balanced that it vibrated the mirrors out of place. I called customer service 5 time's trying to heyyyy a different truck

I rented a truck for 2.5 hours only to move my mattress to my new apartment 15 minutes away. After returning the truck I get a call that the dolly is missing from the back of the truck and a strap is broken. When we got the truck there was not a dolly inside and it wouldn’t have even been helpful considering we moved the mattress from the second story down a flight of stairs. We didn’t use straps or even know straps were in the truck. After telling this to the guy calling me, he just keeps repeating that the dolly is missing. I once again tell him there was not a dolly in the back of the truck. So he says he is going to file a claim with uhaul and hangs up. This is really frustrating being accused of taking something that wasn’t there in the first place and breaking something that was never used. I had 2 strong guy friends pick up the mattress, put it in the truck, and unload it. No equipment was used. I am not paying for something that I am not responsible for. Maybe the truck should have been inspected before being given to me or even if they had tried to show me that it came with a dolly, they would have seen it was missing one. It was a simple “sign here. Here’s the keys.” It needs to be a more efficient process if things can just go missing and customers can be accused of stealing or breaking items that weren’t there in the first place or never used.

Staff were friendly and the process was smooth. The only issue I had was I tried to use the uhaul app to pickup the truck, but the truck reserved for me was in the back of the building which I wasn't allowed to access. Not a big deal, but defeats the purpose of using the app to pickup the truck. Would be nice if the truck was already up front for a scheduled reservation.

I need help, This is my second time using your truck in the last month, however, I was charged a $30 Fuel up Service fee? Gas was put in the truck before it was returned. I did speak to Scott at the Oviedo Office 407-365-8274 he ask that the $30 be waived. I will be renting from you again. I am recently divorced and this is the second time I have had to move. They rented me a faulty truck that leaked during the rain and it damaged some of my furniture. I rented the Truck for 1 day (24 hrs) and returned it on time (Sat 6/16/18 to 6/17/18) and they charged me for 2 days and had the nerve to tell me that I rented the truck on the 15th when I point out the dates of my actual rental, Scott told me i should call U-haul to get my refund and had an attitude telling me that he rent to lots of people and does not remember who he rents to and when. I thought that was why you have computers and our information is in the system with dates and times.

However you charged me twice. The card I reserved the truck on was charged 26.48 but the entire rental was also charged to my other card when i returned the truck. So need the 26.48 refunded.

Office staff helped locate U-Haul as not out front as initially indicated. No problem as located quickly. There was confusion as to which cc was to used. The original charge was done online and that was erased when asked if a different card would be used when the U-Haul was picked up. Thinking that the original charge card was in place was not the case when the U-Haul was returned. Suggestion: Have the office staff ask if you want to use the original charge that was used for the reservation. No biggie as all was quickly fixed. Our experience was great and we would use this location again!
