Staff was amazing.
Richard AThe uhaul site was super slow so we were 45 mins waiting for it to connect, which made us late for everything else. We had planned to have help and miss the rain, but this set us back. I finally had to do it myself on the app and didn’t know if it ever did it right.
Kalyn RVery confusing. I had to go inside when it was a self service lock box. It needs to be made more clear that you have to return it with the same gas as you left with.
