The back part of the floor of the trailer had some dried mud. I took a picture of it, but I think it should be a practice that customers should have a chance to inspect that sort of thing before they take it off the property.

Timothy TLock to get the key to the truck was problematic when doing online pickup; requested appliance dolly and standard dolly and neither were in truck yet still got charged for it. Note this was after an unexpected location change occurred within 2 days of our rental.
