Mary,I guess runs this place was not pleasant at all. She told me to go get the 5x8 enclosed trailer #1372. I went down and there was no such number. I went back to tell her and she got puffy, walked down the hill, and said take that one #2273. I said okay but who is going to hook it up, she said - You are! I told her I knew how but it was too heavy for me to pick up. Her assistant helped me and was very nice. I then arrived the next day (which I had 48 hrs) to the Little River , SC location I picked for my dropoff. They had no record dof me and #2273 and said #1372 was assigned to me and was turned into the wrong location so I was charge $111.63. Jordan at the Little River U-Haul was great and resolved this issue for me. As for Mary in Oxford, U-Haul should pull her license because your policy is to hook up the trailer and she said they weren't doing it. Jordan got my $111.63 back and his Manager approved 1/2 off my total bill of $162 so I got a refund of $82 on that. I will never do to a U-Haul that is not an official center!!!
