Fantastic U-Haul place. Most of these little mom and pop U-Haul locations are barebones, but not Fishing Creek Nursery. Mary was super helpful and thorough, and the equipment was ready for me. Just be aware that you'll have to do any hitching/unhitching of equipment yourself--they are not a "full-service" U-Haul location in that regard. Otherwise, it's the best U-Haul location I've ever visited, hands down.

MONTE SPut a landing leg on the trailer. The average person has a difficult time hooking and unhooking these units.
MATTHEW GTo access the truck and key was tedious. It took some time to work through the process. The customer service to reserve the truck was very good. Perhaps the app & computer system need attention. The truck itself was awesome. Clean as reserved. Easy to load bedroom set and a large wall sized picture. This was a 12 foot truck. Rides good. Gas experience as well as expected.
Toney SThis U haul broke down on me with fuel pump issues & you’re still trying to charge me more? That’s outlandish and ridiculous. I should not be charged anything else if anything I should be refunded money for the inconvenience to my moving into my new place.
