I picked up the vehicle and it was nasty inside the bed of truck the employee had to clean it out and the cab of the truck was very, very, funky, stinking. Also the windshield looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. I ordered an appliance dolly with my order and it wasn't ready had not been checked in.

The employee was fumbling through cell phones and changing sim cards with her 1 inch long fingernails for about 5 solid minutes before she started my rental. After about 45 minutes of her working on her system, and her being unable to figure out how to remove a $12 dolly I didn't rent, I gave up and said charge me. At the point of the rental I was so fed up with the company I wanted to leave but had no choice but to continue waiting. I want somebody to contact me regarding this.

The person working the uhaul counter did not know what she was doing, and charged us 3 times now for the use of the truck for an in town move. The receipt I was sent said we went 600 miles when we only went maybe 20 at the most. I have 3 charges for over $300 each that I will now have to try to get refunded to my credit card. This has been a complete inconvenience and I am very angry that I have to deal with this in the middle of a move. The truck itself was fine and worked great, it is the employee who was the problem. She also couldn't see anything and took a very long time to input our information by holding papers/id's up to about an inch from her eyes so she could read it. The whole experience was terrible.

The employee was very helpful but has difficulties that created a long time to do the paperwork and process the vehicle back in. There should have been another employee or the owner on site to assist her and the customers.

I was charged an extra day even though I was told by pick up location to return it by COB on the 14th. I explained this to the drop off location and they said they would not change the charge. They we're not very sympathetic and told me that it was a way for uhaul to make more money per customer. I wanted to fight the charge, but decided it was not worth me arguing with them over that amount. I will think twice before renting from uhaul again.

The truck was not clean when I picked it up. The 2 ladies who were on duty tried to charge me my flat rate plus an extra .99 a mile. When I told them I only owed a flat rate they continued to argue with me and stated this is how they charge everyone. They are either stealing from all Uhaul customers or they are improperly trained. They also wrote down an incorrect mileage which almost cost me an extra $20.00. I will not use this location again.

The truck was only 3/4 full of gas when I got it. I picked it up after work and the location was closed so I was unable to let them know. Also, my receipt that was e-mailed to me only has zeros on it. I do not know my charges....

This person who was handling my uhal reservation had no prior experience in handling it. I was literally the 2nd person he had dealt with ever on a uhaul. It took us almost an hour to get everything handled from his end for me to be able to get my truck. He was very nice overall and apologized many times for how long it took.

1st you all changed the pickup location from miller's cycle on 213 to Electroics and did not call to letme know then it took a hour to get the paper work done, and it was the wrong size trailer so we then had to go to enterprise to pick up the right size . you cost me 150.00 for this as I had to pay the men that was loading the car for there time that was wasted swaping out trailers. Before they could load the car.

I just dropped off the equipment and no one ever contacted me to let me know they got it. Would of never knew it was a U-Haul agent if I hadn't seen the two trailers in the back of the building for the location. It needs more visual advertising on the front of the building.
