Douglas KFill the gas tank, and clean the interior. I do not feel this truck was maintained prior to my rental.
THOMAS ORepresentative was SUPER friendly, helpful abd easy-going. Trailer tires were in great condition and looked like new valves in both wheels / tires. Trailer pulled easily and the electrical connections were in good working order with a standard 4-pin connector, which plugged right into my hitch electrical socket. The physical location is on a very busy road and you need to be tactical on how to get into and out of the location, and how to hook-up and drop-off the trailer. Not a huge issue, just something to be aware of and plan for ahead of time. Checkout after dropping off the trailer could not have been easier or more pleasant. Again, the representative on duty simply could not have been any more helpful, efficient or pleasant - she was wonderful and a model of a great customer service person.
