The owner was not helpful and seemed like we were bothering him. When we asked questions he said it was on the app. This was my first time renting a UHaul so I wanted to make sure I was doing it all correct.

There was a gentleman at the U-Haul turn in location, He must have been in his 70’s, that came out and helped me disconnect the trailer. What a kind and gracious man he was. He made my entire U-Haul experience worth it.

Danny PI had no problem at all picking up my 15' u-haul truck. Tom helped me get set up in a few minutes and I was on my way. The truck was clean and ready to go! Very satisfied!
Allen STom, who runs the place, was an absolute pleasure. He called me ahead of time to confirm I was on my way (due to a snow storm), and had the truck pulled out and warmed up for me upon arrival. I won’t even consider other options in the future.
