Your trailer was very heavy duty and was very well made
Aubrey D.I was charged for a cart that I didn't need, want or use because it was in the way. I requested a 20 foot truck and WA given a 15 foot truck. I also requested a pickup in Bath, NY and was told that the truck would be in Painted Post, NY. This caused about a 60 mile overage since I had to drive 30 extra miles for truck pickup and an extra trip of about 30 miles that I wouldn't have had to do had I received the proper length truck. Fine with location, not happy with the Uhaul experience overall!
