Parking was difficult to non existent. The lockbox holding my key was too high for me to reach. The office was supposed to be open at 9:30, but they didn’t get there until 10.
Lori REasy pickup and dropoff. Lockbox was quick. Have to take a few pictures and upload your license, but was able to get on the road in 5-10 minutes
