Jose SI had a very unpleasant experience with the truck rental. Both the cab and the box of the truck were dirty. When I stepped inside to place the first box, I didn’t notice there was oil spilled on the floor and I slipped and fell. It was dangerous and completely unacceptable. Clearly, no one is checking the cleanliness of the trucks before renting them out. Also, the truck was supposed to come with a full tank of gas, but when I picked it up, it was only at three-quarters. I still returned it the same way I received it. Overall, it was a bad experience due to the lack of cleanliness and attention to basic standards.
Gus MThis location does nothing at all to ensure a successful reservation pick-up and the rude clerk is blatantly obvious about his lack of concern and unwillingness to assist. There isn’t even a UHaul sign anywhere inside. Perfectly demonstrates that your company’s customers are not a priority at all for the agent.
