Tell them the dolly is not free. I had my own dolly, but left it in car because there was one in the truck.

Jose SI had a very unpleasant experience with the truck rental. Both the cab and the box of the truck were dirty. When I stepped inside to place the first box, I didn’t notice there was oil spilled on the floor and I slipped and fell. It was dangerous and completely unacceptable. Clearly, no one is checking the cleanliness of the trucks before renting them out. Also, the truck was supposed to come with a full tank of gas, but when I picked it up, it was only at three-quarters. I still returned it the same way I received it. Overall, it was a bad experience due to the lack of cleanliness and attention to basic standards.
