This location does nothing at all to ensure a successful reservation pick-up and the rude clerk is blatantly obvious about his lack of concern and unwillingness to assist. There isn’t even a UHaul sign anywhere inside. Perfectly demonstrates that your company’s customers are not a priority at all for the agent.

The indian guy from front desk needs to learn how to treat customer
EMIR AWe had an awful experience. I'll definitely use a different trucking company next time. They scammed us into purchasing the optional insurance saying it wasn't optional. Then wouldn't refund us without bringing the truck back to "check it back in and out again". We didn't have time to do that because they didn't have the blankets we reserved so we had to go to another facility on the other end of town to get them. Before pickup we received a confirmation text that had the incorrect pickup times. I honestly don't understand why I spent so much time on the phone making the reservation with an actual human just to have every part of my reservation end up incorrect.
