Stacey RAbsolutely nothing to improve. Andy is extremely professional. He made the rental so easy and seamless. Moving is all ready stressful and he made so easy. He made sure I completely understood everything there was about the truck. Took his time with me. I didn’t feel rushed. That’s so important theses days. The truck was immaculately cleaned. Not just the cab but inside the back. When I am in need to rent again I will definitely go back there. Thank you Andy for all of your help and kindness.
KATHLEEN MSeeing that I had to ask for my receipt is not OK and was not professional. I didn’t receive my receipt when I picked it up. I received an email after the fact the gas was empty. Tires were low and the miles says zero to change oil.
