Leonel DIt was very disappointing to have rented a truck from one location - indicating I’d used it for no more than ten miles - which is correct from the location I rented from. Then I receive a text indicating I have to pick up the truck elsewhere - much farther away - and I’m charged for the difference in miles as if I don’t gauge correctly. If a change has to be made the customer shouldn’t be penalized for that. It’s not good customer service, and I will be sure to NOT amaze that mistake again.

Vicki BI was charged for a dolly that I was not given. Went into the store and waited 15 mins to talk an associate but only one working and 10 people waiting in line. Understaffed
