Gerard SThis place was great and the worker awesome. However, every person involved at U-Haul the company behind the scenes was absolutely terrible yesterday and has made it so I will never use this company. You should all be ashamed of yourselves for how terrible your customer service is.

Rex UCan't think of much you can do to improve. I've been very satisfied and even pleased with the administrative processes, the ease of dealing with management and making reservations for a vehicle, and the quality of the trucks has been good and reliable. Their vehicles seem to be maintained well. I've needed 3 separate trucks over the last several weeks, and have not had any problems with them. They have caused my opinion of U Haul to rise significantly.
Don A15' truck had sand at the feet area of the driver and passenger floors when I received/rented it. I was then billed $50.00 for "cleaning" when I returned it out-of-state in North Carolina. The vehicle did work, but clearly strained during driving, and was likely the worst truck on the lot. NOT a truck to rent to someone driving 500 miles!. I am sure because of this it cost more in gas money for 500 miles than it should have.
RACHEL GWhere the shop is located was quite close to us. The people checking us in and out very professional very kind nice personalities too. The van we rented was brand new so everything was perfect.
Shelly BCheck the alignment of the trucks. My alignment was bad and at 70mph (minimum on I-4) the steering very hard to keep steady.

KEN CMy experience on the first day I realized that there was a good amount of roaches in their I left it open but I had to bomb it. And just to check the equipments because there was two equipments in there but I didn't request an equipment but I wasn't sure if it just came with an equipment
Thankful LUpon bringing my trailer uhaul back, I was greeted very friendly and when I had an issue backing the trailer into place, the rep assisted me and was very patient. All in all very well on both sides

Sandra PThe trailer was clean. It just needed to be swept out lightly. The trailer had 6 to 8 wire ties on the floor. It took me a little bit longer than necessary to get out the door because the trailer had to be manually moved into position for hook up.

Patrick GMobile check-in did not go smoothly as we experienced extreme difficulty accessing the key from the lock box. I had to contact U-Haul customer support and the agent had to provide very detailed, complex instructions to properly open the lock box as the written instructions were insufficient. The lock box was very difficult to open and we would not have been able to open it without speaking with an agent.

MILEIDY MA bit condescending to customers
CLINTON BThe first truck I was assigned didn’t have working windshield wipers. Not necessarily the rental locations fault, as it’s an easy thing to overlook upon truck return process. “Safe Ship N Haul” very quickly assigned me another truck and had me out the door in minutes but this truck also had issues. I noticed it was excessively loud when I started it but thought nothing of it. As I drove, I quickly realized something was amiss. When I got home I looked under the truck and it appeared someone tried stealing the catalytic converter but gave up or got caught by after cutting through one side of the exhaust. This should have been flagged by the company before renting the truck to me as I’m sure it had an effect on my overall gas mileage thus indirectly increasing my moving/rental cost.
