All is great
Stanley LWhen I arrived the reservation that I made on line was not in their computer. I had to call U Haul and cancel my reservation and I was treated as a walk in. When I received the email detailing my rental, the drop off point was not convenient to my destination. I called and asked that it be changed to a more convenient drop off point. The agent said no problem the change was made. On Friday I dropped off the trailer at the place I requested. I soon received a call stating that I dropped it at the wrong location and there would be a $250 fee for dropping it at the incorrect store. THREE calls later the problem was resolved and so far no additional charges have appeared on my card. I expected better from this company.
SCOTT CThis is a gas station/convenience store and unfortunately, they only had one person working so the poor woman was trying to take regular customers plus manage uhaul customers. Plus the uhaul online system kept going down and it was unclear whether it was UHaul or the wifi at the location. The first trailer lights did not work so I had to go back in and when I attempted to get a different one the system was down so I had to call the Uhaul customer service to get the equipment number changed. It all worked out in the end but certainly not ideal.
