The van was unbelievably disgusting and worse part was it had a dead rat in it that my husband had to clean out before we could even use it. The people running the location are rude and not helpful or apologetic at all after finding out their uhaul had a dead animal in it!! Absolutely disgusting, unsanitary and will NEVER use this location again. I wouldn't refer ANYONE not even my worst enemy to them. Absolutely awful and the worst experience I've ever had with uhaul
