Our reservation had issues. The guy seemed short with answers. He still did help us fix the issues but he didn't have the blankets we needed so I had to call around because the online reservation didn't save the 2 orders of dozen blankets or my insurance.

The man was very unhappy never smiled and made me climb under the car front and back to take off the chains. HE SAID I WAS RESPONSable !NOT A PLACE FOR A WOMEN!! Then he wanted me to park it and back it in the the spot!! I told him NO I can't back it up Tell him to be more personable to customers and SMILE!! He did not want to be there

Nicholas GEasy drop off behind the building with a key box. Didn’t have contact with the inside employees. I would get an email the next day confirming the truck drop off so they work quick on their trucks.
