I received an email the night before my rental changing the pickup location from the original one to a nearby one which is fine. The email confirmed that the pickup time was 8 AM at this location. When I got to this location at 8AM the location was closed with the hours clearly posted on the door indicating they open at 8:30 AM.

Joseph OThe manager Cecilia was amazing, truly . She made my wife and I feel welcome when dealing with the reservation. She had a great story which made me resonate with her and felt compassionate. She seemed to understand our situation even if it was a truck rental and gave us good information about the truck and what to do once we brought it back.
Erick AWas billed incorrectly. Service was slow. In fact nobody was onsite when I first arrived. No one was available to attach the trailer so I did it myself. They couldn’t find the truck and had to go look for it. The gas was just a little over 1/4 of a tank.
