The truck was excellent and rather comfortable. I rented a Hertz and it was horrible. I enjoyed the Uhaul 15 foot much better. It all went smoothly and the girl (sorry cannot remember her name) was very helpful and was busy but took care of everyone very quickly. She was dealing with a sale and two other rentals and multi-tasked it like a pro.
