Michael MWas on phones when came in. Was very short with me when I came in. Wouldn’t use this location at all. Even charged me $45; when I was off by maybe 5 miles at most
George MYoung Lady at desk was rude and didn’t want to be helpful. Asked for her name so I could have a reference if someone asked who I talk to. Her answer was it’s not necessary since she doesn’t work for U-haul. Had to ask several time the number for customer service. Probably, would consider different rental company so I don’t have to go back there.
Mo Gbrought the vehicle back with more gas in it, then was needed and they still charged us for additional gas Milage was 88 left till empty we had 98 miles till empty! It was only $10 they charged but it’s not acceptable
