After picking up 15 foot truck and ready to load the box inside smelled heavily of WEED. We did not have time to exchange vehicles. The truck worked fine, inside blue tooth microphone was not good.Very hard to hear inbound calls.I ended up calling the 1-800 number and have them note the smell of weed.We were crossing the Canadian border and were concerned they would bring there security and drug dogs into search.That did not happen thankfully.

Didn’t check the gas overcharge me 30$ for gas…and I have the picture for the gas tank too bad service
DUY TWho knows if it was cleaning inviting when I dropped it off nobody was there to receive the truck.. I left it at the location to put the keys in the slot
FILIPPIA IThe only complaint I have is that I originally reserved this truck at Cathedral City U-Haul. They changed it to the place in Palm Desert. When I picked up the truck, I was told they didn’t have any blankets so I would have to go drive to Cathedral City to get them. I felt like they weren’t really very well organized.
