Ive had interaction with at least 25 different U-Haul personnel over the years. Dottie is what a friend of mine called a "keeper." Professional, helpful, efficient but best of all a wonderful, empathetic, beautiful soul. I will always try Dottie before any other dealer in the Palm Springs area.
