We rented a van, but when we arrived the person managing this location accidentally gave someone else the van. This apparently canceled out our reservation, which we received no notification for. He still had a Uhaul truck available that was about the same size. He worked with Uhaul to replace our reservation the same day. We were told we would get the same mileage rate since the van was cheaper than the truck. I confirmed that with him twice, but according to the bill we were still given the truck mileage rate. Not a huge cost difference, but still annoying. In addition, the shop was very loud with music blasting (this was at 10 in the morning) and the man managing the shop was hard to hear over the noise. The truck itself was clean and easy to use. I would avoid using this location though.

RUSS RStaff at the drop off stated to park on the side street next to the establishment. The establishment had no designated parking or area in their lot to put a 10 foot truck.
Matthew KI was charged an extra fee! I was told I wouldn’t be charged extra fee if brought truck back within 24 hrs. Which I specifically asked the worker what time do I have to bring the truck back. They also wanted to charge me a $24 cleaning fee I never was charged a cleaning feel ever and I’ve rented several trucks recently. Anyways would not recommend this location to rent from it’s the Smoke shop one off of vista chino in Palm Springs Ca. I will never use this location again!!!!
