Guy who helps me was nice and did a good job but I was standing in a store surrounded by weed, dildos and ar-15-shaped bongs. Not sure all your customers would be happy with having to be exposed to all that stuff. Truck was very low on fuel and smelt bad.

This location was in a smoke shop. The shop person was fine, but the store was full of weed, dildos, knives, and kinky stuff. A drug addict came in and when the shop person took us outside to our vehicle, the addict didn't was to leave. He kept verbally assaulting the shop person calling him the N word. I thought that one of them might have a weapon and use it there. I would not use this location. And I was charged $30 for safe move which I did not consent to and now have to dispute with my credit card.

Carter CFrustrations: It took quite a feat on line to find location (over an hr). Talked to rep. in Costa Mesa, CA who said no one way from Dep.& Arrival cities. Finally was able to get both. After drop off location was finally verified. They communicated "Ooops that won't work - go to this new drop off location." Good News: Arrived at new drop off unscathed. Both Pick up & Return individuals were great to work with. Truck ran fine - no issues. Truck was priced fair.
