make sure the equipment is actually cleaned and not full of sticky substances and dirt throughout the cabin. inspect seatbelts and ensure they are working so we don’t have to drive hundreds of miles without appropriate safety measures.

The app is completely non-functional, the vehicle was disgustingly dirty both inside and out, and I returned it with a full tank of gas, as evidenced by my photos. I used the vehicle for only two days, yet I was charged for three. I will never use this service again.

Sara GWaited for half hour to get confirmation from U-Haul after arriving at the rental location even though I had confirmed the reservation before arriving. The guy at the counter checked my ID and scanned the confirmation, called someone at U-haul and told me to wait for an email from U-Haul. After a half hour of waiting for the email which never arrived, the guy called U-Haul back and gave me the keys. The truck was ok and worked out well although brought it back early and full of gas.
