I did not select “Safe Move” option, and it was not on my reservation, but it did appear on my contract receipt. I called to ask that it be removed and was referred back to the location where I picked up the vehicle. I explained to them and they said they would call to get it removed and let me know once it was done. That did not happen. I don’t appreciate junk fees being added without my permission. This colors my experience.

Jeremiah MWe rented a van, but when we arrived the person managing this location accidentally gave someone else the van. This apparently canceled out our reservation, which we received no notification for. He still had a Uhaul truck available that was about the same size. He worked with Uhaul to replace our reservation the same day. We were told we would get the same mileage rate since the van was cheaper than the truck. I confirmed that with him twice, but according to the bill we were still given the truck mileage rate. Not a huge cost difference, but still annoying. In addition, the shop was very loud with music blasting (this was at 10 in the morning) and the man managing the shop was hard to hear over the noise. The truck itself was clean and easy to use. I would avoid using this location though.
