How U-Haul Reviews WorkMake sure they understand the after hours drop off process. I didn't know I had to submit photos while still in the vehicle and had locked it before opening the app.
TRACY HOffice was messy and not immediately clear where to go. App didn't work for mobile check-in, so the agent had to look it up and do it manually.
Tracie SKeep up the good work.
Joaquin RMy drop off experience was amazing. My shedding was easy. The gentleman that helped with pick up and drop off was such a great person. He was friendly personable and made my experience great. Because of him. I highly recommend this location. Thank you
