Computer system was not working for pick up. He was unable to charge my credit card. Eventually I was able to leave a deposit via debit and he wrote down my credit card info to try after we left when he could reboot the system. Did not feel very secure and I was super uncomfortable handing over my credit card details like that. The vehicle itself was very old and clunky. It was clean enough but didn’t feel like it was well maintained.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkIt just didn’t have a good vibe at all. Also there was a dead rat in the back parking lot, not pleasant.
Norman WEverything went smoothly! The owner was extremely kind and helpful.
Linda SIt was a convenience store.
Julia CThe staff were pleasant and accommodating. We reserved 7:30 a.m. self check in but received a call the day before advising they were not open that early. However, they offered for us to pick up the vehicle the night before at no extra charge. The parking lot was small and it was difficult to take pictures of the vehicle at check as a result.
