It just didn’t have a good vibe at all. Also there was a dead rat in the back parking lot, not pleasant.

Julia CThe staff were pleasant and accommodating. We reserved 7:30 a.m. self check in but received a call the day before advising they were not open that early. However, they offered for us to pick up the vehicle the night before at no extra charge. The parking lot was small and it was difficult to take pictures of the vehicle at check as a result.
James ROwner was not at the location for the time we booked. Very unprofessional. Waited almost an hour for him to do the paperwork. Didn’t have the blankets we rented. Had to drive to a further location to get some
