The staff were pleasant and accommodating. We reserved 7:30 a.m. self check in but received a call the day before advising they were not open that early. However, they offered for us to pick up the vehicle the night before at no extra charge. The parking lot was small and it was difficult to take pictures of the vehicle at check as a result.

SHAYNA MI didnt pick insurance on my reservation and the guy at store add rental without asking to me and when i checked before i take key from him i asked him that i dont rental and he said first he was added and then he removed it.. but i got charge on my invoice
