The pickup is inside a gas station and I had to wait to be helped because there was constant traffic of people buying items at the gas station. This was also a greyhound station so there were people jumping line and interrupting asking about bus operations. The place felt sketchy and there were lots of people coming in and out of the wooded area around the store. I definitely did not feel safe. The lady checking people in used her personal cell phone to take pictures of my drivers license. This did not feel safe either.
SUZANNE CI have rented from this location many times. It is always a good experience, and I will be back the next time the need arises.
Delton RThe computer is painfully slow and nothing works so the customer has to do a lot of work which also includes employees using personal phones to collect PII, drivers license, credit card, etc. Printer doesn't work. It's all quite odd for a U haul.
