We rented a 6 x 12 trailer for a local move. Everything was as expected. We had no issues with the trailer and check out and back in were completed smoothly.

ELEAZAR TAttendant was great. Truck was a bit dirty but did the trick.
KIRK SCustomer service has to be better. Booking a rate online at a specific location and then changing everything twice. Just rough. Not having the equipment and asking for a refund had to go through 3 people and refund still hasn’t came through.
