Paul was great, I called him and he told me how to do everything for self pick up Since I was early. Truck rain great. Very easy to drive will definitely use you guys again.

walter bI was given a drop off location about 25 miles from my destination. I passed 4 u-haul locations getting to my drop off location. One of the locations was about 3 miles from my destination. When I rented the unit I told the clerk I wanted to drop off at the nearest u-haul location. He was obviously brain dead. I wasted over an hour of my life in heavy traffic.
WALTER KTrucks parked in a lot next to a convenience store that housed a drop box for keys. Very inconvenient to return. Key drop was in a different location than trucks parked.
Corey HFirst let me say Pickup was well handled by the staff and then turn-in location on Hwy #83, DeFuniak Springs, Florida 32433 was excellent too! Both staffs understood my needs and made sure that my moving efforts were taken care of before departure and return. I made sure clean truck and rental items clean and returned, Besides computer problems initially, I can only praise the staff including the two people that helped me by phone. Thank you.
