Michelles was wonderful and helpful. However, she didn’t drop the ball. She also was unaware like we were of the changes by U-Haul. I appreciate Michelle’s for the wonderful customer service she provided in spite of the confusion. Thank you Michelle’s for being wonderful in a stressful situation.

Rental truck was not avail at location originally setup in rental reservation. Arrived on site (Momo and Coco Enterprises) no one in office and phone number listed on rental reservation is a non-working number (512-402-8063). Truck was not on site. Had to call 1-800 number to find unit at another U-Haul location. Lot time and more driving.
Madison GI was changed a cleaning fees to a U-Haul that was clean when returned. I received it with crumbs on the floor and paper towels between the seats, I took photos and added when I picked up the vehicle, however I’m being charged for someone else mess
