The woman working here was fantastic- polite and friendly throughout the entire experience. She was there right on time, easily navigated the rental agreement, and hooked up the trailer with no issues whatsoever. I returned it same day during the operating hours so it was not a concern for me, but after hours return instructions are clearly displayed on their door. I would gladly rent from this location again.
