Very friendly and nice to work with. She had issues with the U-Haul computer system that was down but this was not her fault. She found a “work-around” the system by using her cell phone that got us on our way after a short delay. I would recommend this site to others.

DAVID PThe trailer was not swept out, there was large pieces of broken glass inside. There are no tongue Jack's, so if there is an issue, you can't unhook the trailer. Very stupid design! Even though the trailers sit low, ramps would be nice to load heavier furniture.
JEFFREY DThe woman working here was fantastic- polite and friendly throughout the entire experience. She was there right on time, easily navigated the rental agreement, and hooked up the trailer with no issues whatsoever. I returned it same day during the operating hours so it was not a concern for me, but after hours return instructions are clearly displayed on their door. I would gladly rent from this location again.
