Location was pretty dirty but the gentleman who took care of me was super friendly and helpful. Truck appeared ok when picked up but steering was extremely tight, slow to respond and wouldn't return to center on its own which made our 6 hour trip a lot of work for the driver.. truck issues had nothing to do with the location. Only issue with the location was it was dirty

Excellent service at this location. Had exactly what I needed and showed me all the features of the equipment before I left the yard.
JOSEPH DLocation and person I dealt with were great but your website and after hours return process are a pain. You should at least provide a link to the self return. Also, a prompt about taking pics before the customer leaves the rental location... I wasn't aware until I got to where I was going and it wouldn't let me do it then. Process assumes user is savy with the web and their cell phone..... which is foolish as lots of people don't have that knowledge or don't have cell phones.... I have every intention of getting rid of my cell phone for a basic flip phone when I retire which will make this process difficult or impossible
