The fact that I need actual credit card to get the Van is ridiculous. Since I have the money by debit card, cash or debit Visa or debit Mastercard or a business bank account. I have all of those but not a credit card. So this very nice woman helped me out and got charged when I told you hall not to charge her. Until today and I was going to pay the bill, but I paid her back.You representative is absolutely useless the van needs a battery and he disagreed with me , i'm a second level mechanic apprentice , who has had more than enough experience that could shake a leg at. I did not appreciate do not like Dan.In any way, shape or form and almost cause a fight at rights variety could not show me the bill and show me Tommy, look at my screen when my phone is dead.And my car has a blown engine.Thank you so much.I will never ever ever ever ever rent a uhaul

Got charged double because I was 20min late. However, the time started when I signed the contract and not when I left the lot. And, I arrived only 13min late, but then it took time to take pictures and fill in forms. So realistically I was only about 3min over my 6 hours of usable time.
