The pick up and drop off were complicated. Something was wrong with the system and it took forever (not the location’s fault). Somehow, we ended up being charged for equipment we didn’t rent and the safe moves charge that we declined with our initial reservation. I fault U-Haul, not the location. It was removed from our bill, but took a few phone calls.
ITZIK Cthis location was great, however the experience of renting this truck was horrible. had to run around and rent from this location due to the location in Binghamton not having the truck and they advise 15 hours before i was to pick up the truck. i had to pay double the amount. unacceptable.
