The Uhaul check is difficult to use for after hours check-in. We were unable to complete the purchase and had to request the owner of the location check us in after hours. Upload of pictures did not work due to poor cell service. The information requested should have been requested when the App was originally downloaded and internet was available. Same problem with drop off as upload of pics took way way to long. The APP needs to streamlined and easier to use.

Kerry H.The location of where you drop off the vehicle is confusing. The address given is posted on the gas station, the name given is behind that gas station, and the drop box for the key is in a third location. They are all on the same compound but after dropping the vehicle off at the gas station next to the uHaul sign after searching for the name provided and then finding the key drop box in a different location I was worried I had dropped the vehicle off in the wrong location. A more precise name or guidelines on where to drop the vehicle off would be nice.
