The attendant was rude and wouldn't honor the quoted price. He tried to charge me double what I was quoted from the other location. He complained that he wasnt making any money and that he was being screwed over by the other location. I ended up calling the uhaul corporate phone number and was able to get everything resolved but after it was all said and done I ended up driving a total if 80 miles out of my way because of the whole situation. Completely unnecessary and a huge waste of my time.

Everything worked out well here. Unfortunately, nothing was available closer to where I live so my only complaint was I had to drive 40 minutes to pick the trailer up.

When I provided my credit card information I was not told the truck I wanted was not available or that the location I wanted was closed on the day I wanted to pick up the truck. Pick up location was changed without notification.

About 3 weeks prior to renting a trailer, I went to a U-haul rental facility located at 21307 York Road, Parkton Md 21120 to inquire the cost of a car trailer. I was planning on taking a car to 1xx6 Sxxxxx way, Grovetown, Ga 30813 and would rent a trailer on 3/14/2019. The business owner made a reservation for this date and entered the destination. The U-haul website set the mileage at 750 miles. Mapquest give a choice of two routes, one is 631 miles and the other is 642 miles. Additionally, I was told that U-haul allowed 4 days rental of the trailer. I questioned the owner of this rental facility why U-haul added over 100 miles to the milage and stated that I would only need the trailer for 2 days, at the most. I then asked if the rental agreement could be amended to reflect these mileage and days needed. I was told that the facility where I returned trailer would make these adjustments when I returned the trailer. I picked up the trailer on 3/14/2019 at around 3 pm and returned it to the facility in Georgia on 3/16/2019 at around 8:30 am. I told the person at this facility that the owner of the U-haul facility in Md, stated that the return facility would make the mileage and early return changes and adjust the price. This U-haul facility where I returned the trailer said that he could not change anything and that the facility where I rented the trailer had the ability to and should have made the adjustments. What is going on here? Why is one facility telling me something different that the other one? Will U-haul be adjusting this rental agreement and refunding me the difference?
