Jeff from Chet’s was so helpful setting up our reservation. On the day we were to pick up our truck, the promised truck had not arrived so Jeff drove to a different UHaul location to make sure we had our truck at the time of pickup. We appreciated that SO much and he should be commended for that. How you can improve for the next customer is make sure you have the reservation truck delivered to Chet’s or any location on the day & time promised.
