There were two vans at the site, one was newer than the other, the shape of the newer van would’ve made it easier for a queen size mattress. The older vans are difficult to fit a queen size mattress

TIGRAN OBe more prepared. I booked at the Raymond location because it was 2 blocks away from me. Less mileage driven to save me money. I went inside after work to make sure everything was good. The guy said I’m good for mobile pick up. I go home change and come back. He forgot to leave the keys for me. I called 24/7 support. They had to direct me to a new location. I had to drive to another location out of the way, I don’t think I should have been charged the full amount.
