ANGIE ECustomer service was NOT good! I put gas in the truck to match where needle was when I rented the it, and they charged me $12.85 on my bill for gas!! I Had to call their 800# for correction/refund. Guy spelled my name wrong for email address… didn’t receive my receipt. It wasn’t a smooth rental experience. The customer service needs some work!!

ERIK GWorst experience of rental equipment in my life!!!!!!! The app sucks!!! There was no one to ask questions in person.. The equipment I rented was missing and again no one to get help from. App did not work and set us back an hour trying to figure out how to get into this facility. Absolutely terrible!!!!! The dolly was missing which I paid for and again no one to ask where it was. The app never sent codes to open gate. I was primary driver and I signed up a secondary driver. The app couldn't distinguish between me and the secondary driver causing confusion for us to get approved. There needs to be better communucation as once the first driver is approved then you can add a second driver. Again, worst rental experience ever!!!!! Then I had to go to another location to ask about missing dolly. I should be paid for my time lost! I feel bad for the phone customer service people as they must have to deal with tons of unhappy customers. They had to reset our app 3 times.
