This comment has nothing to do with the location, dealer or service. The trailer itself jack needs to be able to lift higher. The trailer may not always be on level pavement.

The boss, or manager Warren, was not there and sadly he left another man in charge to try processing customers request when renting out Uhaul equipment.. the manager was called 3-4 times by the less knowledgeable man on the job.. our wait was well over our noon pick up time on a 12 ft trailer..Would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION IN CAIRO, ILLINOIS!
